The Diet You Should, Eat
To be in great lose weight easily, sleep like a baby and have more
energy than the energizer bunny is diet provided by mother nature
that we've been eating for millions of years before Agriculture.
Our paleolithic ancestors didn't suffer from some of our modern
burdens like obesity, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune diseases,
cancer, and a host of other chronic conditions.
They lived very natural lives that made them naturally healthy, fit and strong.
Their food (meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, eggs, nuts and seeds)
was simple, nutritious and non toxic.
Our bodies are made to eat and get nutrients from the same food as they
did Eating our modern grains, vegetables seed oils and sugar-laden
food is what's damaging our health greatly.
Now if you're here, it's because you're smart and you're already making
the right changes in your life to achieve great health and well-being but
things aren't always so easy and making such huge changes can prove to be
a real pain in the "rear".... if you know what I mean!
What's more, the diet we're supposed to eat is just about the opposite
of what everybody eats. so let me ask you.....
